Jamie teaches 9th grade English and upper-level English seminars: American Drama (Advanced and Regular) and Page to Stage (Advanced and Regular). He coaches girls’ JV squash and directs the Spring Play, in addition to serving on the dorm team on North, where he lives with his family. 

Jamie graduated from Yale with a degree in English and theater studies, and later received his M.St. in English from Oxford University with a focus on 20th-century American drama.

Prior to joining Episcopal’s faculty, Jamie taught English, served as the 11th Grade Dean, and directed the fall theater production at the Nueva School in San Mateo, Calif. He has also taught at his alma mater, Brunswick School in Greenwich, Conn. Jamie is a passionate environmentalist, long-suffering New York Mets fan, and decidedly amateur cook.
