Biography:
Steven comes to EHS from Providence Public Schools (RI) where he taught Middle School Mathematics for 2 years. While teaching, Steven also served as an Assistant Wrestling Coach with Johnson & Wales University.
Steven comes to EHS from Providence Public Schools (RI) where he taught Middle School Mathematics for 2 years. While teaching, Steven also served as an Assistant Wrestling Coach with Johnson & Wales University.
Prior to his teaching career, Steven spent 6 years working for the sports-based youth development organization, Beat the Streets, a non-profit organization that uses co-educational wrestling as a vehicle to positively alter the life trajectory of young men and women from underserved communities. Steven spent 3 years serving as the Executive Director of the Beat the Streets Providence before becoming a Program Director for Beat the Streets New York. During his time working for Beat the Streets, Steven held assistant coaching positions with NYU and Brown University.
Steven will teach Algebra 1 and Algebra 2/Trig.
